Ingredients:
¾ cup whole oats
½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1½ teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons blueberries
4 strawberry slices
¼ cup golden raspberries (6–8 berries)
¼ cup blackberries (4–5 berries)
Small chunks of dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine the whole oats, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and honey.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, transfer the prepared oats to a bowl and top with the berries, strawberry slices, and dark chocolate chunks.
