A recent study conducted by researchers at the University of Oxford revealed that eating breakfast between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. is the best time to boost metabolism and improve energy levels throughout the day.

The study explained that people who consistently eat breakfast during this window tend to have stable blood sugar levels and feel full for a longer period, which reduces the likelihood of overeating later in the day.
Researchers pointed out that delaying breakfast past 9:30 a.m. could disrupt the body's biological clock, negatively affecting sleep quality, overall mood, and increasing the risk of weight gain.
Doctors also emphasized the importance of including balanced nutritional elements in breakfast—such as protein, fiber, and healthy carbohydrates—to provide sufficient energy for the morning.
The study advises avoiding foods high in added sugars or saturated fats during breakfast and instead focusing on natural options like oats, eggs, and fresh fruits.
