Amman– The weather today, Sunday, will be generally stable and relatively cold over the mountainous areas, and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with high-altitude clouds appearing in the southern regions.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department's report, tomorrow, Monday, there will be a slight increase in temperatures.
The weather will be relatively cold over the high mountain peaks, and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds at medium to high altitudes. Winds will be light, coming from the southeast, turning to northwesterly in the afternoon.
On Tuesday, there will be another slight increase in temperatures.
The weather will be slightly cooler over the high mountainous areas and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate and northwesterly.
On Wednesday, the kingdom will gradually be affected by a very cold air mass of polar origin, accompanied by a low-pressure system centered over Cyprus. This will cause a gradual and significant drop in temperatures.
The weather will be cold and partly cloudy, later turning to mostly cloudy in most areas, with rainfall expected in the northern regions, extending to the central regions.
Thunderstorms may occur occasionally. Winds will be strong westerly, with occasional gusts reaching speeds of 60 km/h, causing dust, especially in the desert areas.
During the night, the weather will become colder, and the precipitation will extend to include most areas. The rainfall is expected to be heavy at times, accompanied by thunder and hail.
The maximum and minimum temperatures in East Amman today will range between 17°C and 9°C, in West Amman 15°C and 7°C, in the northern highlands 14°C and 6°C, in the Shara Mountains 15°C and 5°C, in the desert areas 20°C and 5°C, in the plains 18°C and 9°C, in the northern Jordan Valley 25°C and 11°C, in the southern Jordan Valley 27°C and 13°C, at the Dead Sea 26°C and 14°C, and in Aqaba 26°C and 13°C."
