1,466 apartments and 978 vehicles available for sale at public auction

1,466 residential apartments and offices, 2,854 complexes and lands, and 978 vehicles are being offered for sale in the electronic public auction.

Additionally, there were over 491 other assets, including assets from troubled commercial shops, professional numbers, and office and house furniture. There were 17 companies and trademarks offered for sale.

One of the main reasons for selling items at public auction, as stated in judicial announcements, is the inability of debtors to settle their accumulated debts. This may lead to a judicial decision to seize properties to pay off debts to the respective parties filing the lawsuit, whether they are banks, companies, or individuals in their personal capacity.
