During an interview with Hala News, Rababaa
said the council continually searches for job opportunities for Jordanian
nurses by bringing in recruitment companies and
establishing partnerships with a number of hospitals, especially from Arab Gulf countries, Germany, Canada,
the US, the UK, and Ireland, as these countries tend to request Jordanian
nurses based on their skills and experience.
The best markets for Jordanian nurses are in the Arab Gulf countries, where more than 10,000 currently work.
The council also conducts semi-monthly
meetings with
foreign hospital administrations, especially German hospitals
with which it maintains recruiting agreements.
