— By the end of the year, 2.6 million doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will
arrive in Jordan, according to the Minister of Health, Dr. Firas Al-Hawari.

Hawari
said Thursday that the vaccines arrive periodically every 30 days, noting that
the upcoming quantity will consist entirely of the Pfizer vaccine.
He
said that the ministry’s focus in the coming period will on the most high risk
groups, adding that a further three million doses are due to arrive in the
first or second month of 2022.
On
a related note, Hawari stressed that there are no expired vaccines in Jordan
due to the plan of having vaccines arrive periodically and according to demand.
