5 injured at Jerash festival discharged from hospital

AMMAN — A medical source at the Jerash Public Hospital said that the  five people injured Thursday evening at the Jerash Festival of Culture and Arts when a display screen fell were discharged from the hospital, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.اضافة اعلان

The source said that those injured underwent the necessary medical procedures — including X-rays and other medical tests — to ensure that they are out of danger.

Executive Director of the Jerash Festival Mazen Kawar confirmed that a display screen fell on Thursday in the Oval Plaza-Main Square,  which resulted in five people being taken to Jerash Public Hospital, but he added that they “left the hospital promptly”.
