According to data from the
Turkish Ministry of Tourism, the total number of Jordanian visitors to Turkey in the first half
of 2023 reached 154,000, showing a 14 percent decrease compared to the same
period in 2022.
Jordanians ranked fourth among
Arab tourists who visited Turkey in the first half of 2023, according to the data.
Iraqis ranked first among Arab tourists
visiting Turkey in the first half of the year, followed by Saudis, and then
Kuwaitis.
Tunisians and Egyptians were at the bottom
of the list of Arab tourists who visited Turkey in the first half of the year,
with 80,000 tourists from Egypt and 74,000 from Tunisia.
