AMMAN — The developer and owner
company of the
Jordan Gate Towers project, or the
Sixth Circle Towers,
announced the start of implementation work on the first package of the project,
which is slated to be completed by the third quarter of 2023, according to
Al-Ghad News.

The tender for the first package entails
includes exterior work on the towers and follows a five-year hiatus in the
implementation process.
The package start date was the beginning
of December 2022.
This step is a prelude to a series
of steps that will be taken to resume full execution works of the
Jordan Gate Towers project in preparation for its expected opening, the company said.
Economic supportThe company expressed the importance
of the project for supporting the Jordanian economy and promoting real estate
investment.
The company also confirmed its
commitment to selecting a qualified contracting company to carry out the terms
of the first package tender.
The second package of the project
involves work on the towers’ interiors, including design and electro-mechanical
work, including the transformation of the north tower from an office space to a
residential tower and the launch of a mall in mid-2023.
