AMMAN — The governorates of Ajloun and Tafilah witnessed
heavy rainfall on Wednesday, September 13, as the Kingdom was affected by
unstable weather conditions. The Public Security Directorate warned of the risk
of slipping while driving, especially in the desert areas and all external
roads, with the beginning of the Kingdom’s exposure to the vestigaes of Storm
Daniel.

Temperatures will drop, and partially cloudy weather may
prevail at times. Scattered rain showers fall for short periods, especially in
the western parts of the Kingdom, sometimes accompanied by thunder, Jo24 News
reported.
The maximum and minimum temperatures range between,: in East
Amman, 29°C -19°C, in West Amman, 27°C -17°C, in the northern
highlands, 26°C -16°C, and in the Sharah
highlands, 27°C -15°C. In the desert areas,
it ranges between 33°C
-17°C, in the
plains 30-20°C, in
the northern valleys 37°C
-23°C, in the
southern valleys 39-25°C,
in the Dead Sea 38°C
-24°C, and in Aqaba
Gulf 39°C-26°C.
