Al-Safadi: The Occupier Has Violated the Agreement as Usual, and Must Be Deterrent to End Its Aggression on Gaza
The Speaker of the Jordanian Parliament, Ahmad al-Safadi, stated that the Zionist hands of treachery and crime continue their brutal aggression against our people in the besieged Gaza Strip, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan, when Gaza families are left to heal the wounded and bury their martyrs amidst the rubble, mending both hearts and homes. Al-Safadi pointed out that the extremist government proves once again that it believes only in the language of blood, killing, and crime.اضافة اعلان

At the beginning of the parliamentary session on Wednesday, al-Safadi added: *"As usual, the occupier has violated the agreement and once again demonstrated its disregard for international law and humanitarian principles. Therefore, we call on the international community to uphold its moral and humanitarian responsibilities to stop the war machine. We also call on the government to take all necessary measures with brotherly, friendly, and influential countries in international decision-making to deter the occupier and compel it to implement a ceasefire immediately, which has led to the martyrdom of hundreds and the injury of many more in Gaza, the land of patience that still bears witness to the cause of justice for a people who have suffered for over seventy years from international denial, mistreatment, and destruction."*

Al-Safadi emphasized that the continuation of the brutal aggression would have severe consequences for the entire region, stressing the need for active international forces to obligate the occupying state to ensure the continuity of the ceasefire at all stages, restore electricity to Gaza, and open the crossings designated for sending humanitarian aid throughout the strip, which is experiencing an unprecedented humanitarian disaster.

He concluded by saying: *"In Jordan, we stand united behind our leadership, army, and security services, reaffirming that the strength and cohesion of our front is always the way to confront dangers. We remain committed to our pledge to the land of the prophets and sanctities, continuing to provide aid to our people in the wounded Gaza, and calling on the international community to support all efforts to stop the bloodshed and sustain the ceasefire."*
