Amman, Berlin Discuss Urban Development, Sustainability Initiatives

Amman - Amman Mayor Yousef Shawarbeh met with German Ambassador Bertram von Moltke on Sunday to discuss enhancing bilateral cooperation between Amman and Berlin, with a focus on urban development and sustainability.اضافة اعلان

The German envoy praised Amman’s progress across various sectors and pledged Germany's enhanced cooperation and knowledge-sharing to support projects aligned with Amman’s development goals.

The German government, through the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), actively contributes to key projects within the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM), including green infrastructure development, climate and resource protection and waste sorting initiatives.
