As of July 1, based on government decisions, foreigners will
not be allowed to enter Aqaba through the customs centers at Wadi Al-Yatam and
Wadi Araba, or through the airport, unless fully vaccinated, or at least until
21 days have passed since receiving the first dose of the vaccine.
For those over six years of age who have not yet received a
dose of the vaccine, a negative PCR test is required 72 hours before arrival.
ASEZA called on Jordanians to get vaccinated against
COVID-19 as soon as possible in order to help stop the spread of the virus and to
be allowed to enter Aqaba.
