Arrest of Forest Resource Violation in Ajloun

The Director of Agriculture in Ajloun Governorate, Engineer Rami Al-Adwan, confirmed that the forestry staff at the directorate managed to apprehend an individual who was violating forest resources by damaging forest trees. A fine of 10,000 dinars was imposed on him for the violation.اضافة اعلان

In a statement to the Jordan News Agency (Petra) on Tuesday, Al-Adwan added that the Ajloun Governor was informed to take the necessary legal actions against the violator. He also highlighted that the forestry teams continue their efforts in monitoring the forests and addressing any violations according to the law, in cooperation with security agencies and regulatory bodies to protect the national resources.
