According to a ministry statement issued on Tuesday, Dr. Al-Khalayleh emphasized that the goal of these centers is to utilize students' time in reading, memorizing, and learning the Quran, understanding its rules, and studying the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his noble biography.

The initiative also aims to foster creativity among students through activities, seminars, and lectures, while encouraging youth to serve Quran centers and highlighting the role of the Quran in benefiting society.

The centers will feature a range of innovative activities, including Quran recitation sessions for students, interactive trips to the shrines of the Companions, the launch of an environmental preservation club, physical and health activities, and experience-sharing between Quran centers across districts.

Additional initiatives include establishing a Quran discussion club, holding a Quran Day attended by parents and the local community, and organizing sports and cultural events.

During both the winter and summer school breaks, the Ministry of Awqaf operates seasonal Quran memorization centers to make productive use of students' free time.

These centers complement the permanent Quran centers located across the Kingdom, which offer Quran education throughout the year.
