Body Found in King Talal Dam After Disappearance

The spokesperson added that, on the evening of yesterday, personal belongings belonging to the missing person were found near the King Talal Dam in Jerash Governorate. Rescue teams, including diving teams from the Civil Defense Directorate in Jerash and Jerash Police, began searching in the dam. After several hours of searching, Civil Defense divers found the person deceased in the water, having drowned. The body was retrieved from the dam and transferred to the forensic medicine department for legal procedures, including genetic testing. An investigation into the incident has been opened.
