Irbid Municipality Mayor Nabeel Al-Kofahi said Boulevard Irbid project would be established on a 30 donnum area near the Culture Circle in the city, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.

“The initial sketch of the project has been drawn up in addition to the investment type and the services it would provide”, Kofahi added, indicating that “the technical study related to the project is moving through its designated stages.”
“The project will include towers and parking floors”, he contended, noting that the project will be proposed for investment at the beginning of 2023.
Boulevard Irbid will go in line with the train projects which is intended to be established between the Culture Circle and the Jordan University of Science and Technology, Kofahi stated, indicating the train is a solution to the traffic jam on the circle and Barada Hall during the peak hours.
He also pointed out that "the social responsibility pillar and partnership with the private sector, which the municipality pursued with the beginning of its work in the current session, began to reap its fruits by helping the municipality to develop the investment environment and supporting it to establish important projects such as digital transformation and waste recycling, leading to a fully smart city over the upcoming years.”
