AMMAN — The
Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), acting on behalf
of the government, has announced the first issuance of
Jordanian Treasury bonds for the year 2024 through an auction, with a total value of JD150 million,
Al-Mamlaka TV reported.

As per the bank's announcement, the issuance occurred on
Thursday, with maturity set for January 7, 2029. The settlement date for this
issuance is also slated for January 7 of the current year.
