AMMAN — On Sunday, the
Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), acting on behalf of the government, initiated the first issuance of
Jordanian treasury bills for 2024, valued at JD150 million, Al-Mamlaka TV
reported.

According to data from the
Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), the auction for the treasury bills is scheduled for February 19, 2025,
with the settlement date set for February 19, 2024.
Since the beginning of 2024, the CBJ has
conducted seven auctions for
Jordanian treasury bonds, each valued at JD150
million, with an additional issuance of JD100 million in the second round.
