AMMAN — Jordan recorded 305 new COVID-19 cases and marked 0 new deaths between May 07 and May 13, the 19th
epidemiological week, compared to 84 new cases and 0 deaths the preceding week,
according to a COVID weekly report.

The report by the Ministry of Health said more than
20,000 PCR tests were conducted this week, of which 1.50 were positive.
There are currently 227 active cases in the Kingdom,
with four patients having been admitted to the hospital and five people having been
discharged. There are currently eight people currently hospitalized for COVID-19,
the Ministry of Health said.
About 4.77 million people have received their first dose of
the vaccine and 4.49 million have received two.
