AMMAN — Jordan recorded 310 new
COVID-19 cases and marked 0 new deaths between May 14 and May 20, the 20th
epidemiological week, compared to 305 new cases and 0 deaths the preceding
week, according to a COVID weekly report.

The report by the Ministry of Health said more
than 17,000 PCR tests were conducted this week, of which 1.74 were positive.
There are currently 238 active cases in the
Kingdom, with nine patients having been admitted to the hospital and five
people having been discharged. There are currently 12 people currently
hospitalized for COVID-19, the Ministry of Health said.
About 4.77 million people have received their
first dose of the vaccine and 4.49 million have received two.
