Calling on municipalities to take precautions to face weather conditions

AMMAN — The Ministry of Local Administration called on municipalities, joint services councils, and municipal affairs directorates in various regions to take precautions due to the possibility of rains on Friday, which may be heavy at times in some areas due to the weather conditions that the Kingdom is currently going through, according to Al-Mamlaka.اضافة اعلان

The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Local Administration, Hussein Mhaidat, said in a press statement Thursday evening that the ministry is following up on developments in the weather situation, pointing out the importance that municipalities, joint services councils and municipal affairs directorates follow up on weather conditions in their areas, and be ready to deal with any events or emergency circumstances.

He called on citizens who live near sloping areas and valleys to take caution in these circumstances, in order to preserve their lives and the lives of their families.
