Canadian FM condemns attack on Jordanian medics in Gaza

AMMAN — Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly voiced significant concern about the injury of Jordanian healthcare workers near the Jordanian Field Hospital in Gaza. In a post on her X account, formerly known as Twitter, she emphasized that Jordan plays a crucial humanitarian role by providing medical support to Palestinian civilians.اضافة اعلان

Joly added that hospitals and medical personnel should not be targeted, highlighting the necessity of protecting them. She called on all parties to exercise utmost restraint near medical facilities and civilian infrastructure, in compliance with international humanitarian law, Hala reported.
