Civil Aviation: Technical Committee Reviewing Results of Damascus Airport Evaluation

Amman– Captain Haitham Musto, the head of the Jordanian Civil Aviation Authority, stated that the technical committee, which recently returned from Damascus, is in the process of studying the results from various technical teams to make a decision regarding the resumption of Jordanian flights to Damascus International Airport.اضافة اعلان

Musto emphasized  that Jordan is keen to restore civil aviation links with Syria as soon as possible, provided all technical and logistical requirements are met to ensure the safety and security of international flights to Damascus.

Last week, the Civil Aviation Authority sent a technical committee to Damascus International Airport to conduct an assessment of the airport's facilities, aiming to resume Jordanian flights to the city.
