AMMAN — On Wednesday,
Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) reported that Jordan will gradually be
influenced by a cold and moist air mass ahead of a low-pressure system at
night, as per Al-Ghad. The weather will turn cold and partly to mostly cloudy,
with expected light to moderate rain in the north, gradually extending to
limited parts of the central regions late at night. Furthermore, southwest

The report warns of
reduced horizontal visibility due to
dust, especially in the desert areas. There's also a risk of slippery roads at
night in areas experiencing rain and reduced visibility over high mountainous
areas at night due to low-lying clouds.
On Thursday, temperatures will continue to decrease, with
cold and partly to mostly cloudy conditions and occasional rain in the north
and central regions. Rainfall may be heavy at times for a short period. In
addition, limited parts of the eastern and southwestern regions may experience
light rain. Westerly winds of active speed will cause dust in the desert areas.
Friday will remain cold and partly to mostly cloudy with
occasional rain in the north, central, and limited parts of the eastern
regions. Furthermore, on Saturday, the temperature will rise, with relatively
cold weather in most areas and mild conditions in the
Jordan Valley, Dead Sea,
and Aqaba.
