AMMAN — Director general of the Civil Service Consumer
Cooperation, Salman Al-Qudah on Saturday said that the cooperation will provide
incentives for companies that put the logo “
Made in Jordan” on their products,
the Jordan News Agency, (Petra), reported.

According to a statement from
Amman’s Chamber of Industry,
the incentives include facilitating investment procedures for industrial
companies, as well as giving them additional consideration for tenders.
The incentives were given to encourage Jordanian industry and
support the national economy, according to the statement.
Qudah stressed that local products make up 82 percent of market
commodities.
The cooperation will also give those companies the right to display
and promote their goods at special places inside its shops, according to Qudah.
