AMMAN —
Defense Order 35 will go into effect on January 1. Accordingly, public and
private-sector employees will not be allowed to enter their respective
workplaces unless they have received two doses of the
COVID-19 vaccine.

The days on which
they are unable to work due to being unvaccinated will be deducted from their
annual leave, according to Al-Ghad News.
Furthermore, those over
18 years of age will not be allowed into any ministry, government department, or
public institution, and will not be able to enter any private-sector facility
unless they have received two doses of the vaccine, with the exception of
people who visit hospitals and health centers in emergency cases.
