Petra said, quoting the Jordan Tourism Board (JTB).
The agency said that the flights will bolster
the tourism sector through an envisaged rise in the number of American
travelers to Jordan.
Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef
Fayez said United Airlines, the world’s third largest airline firm, will
operate three weekly Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner flights, each with a capacity of
243 passengers, to Jordan. Fayez said the schedule will be maintained
throughout 2022.
