AMMAN — The dispute between the
Ministry of Health and some
drug suppliers has been resolved, reported Ammon News. This means the supply of
medicines to
public hospitals and other health centers can resume without any
further interruption.

Director of Procurement and Supply at the
Ministry of Health, Maher Al-Zyoud, confirmed the end of the dispute on Sunday, assuring the public
that medication treatments will be immediately provided in public hospitals.
All medicines available in pharmacies for health insurance
holders
In addition, Zyoud stated that all medicines can be obtained
in pharmacies for all those who have health insurance. He explained that 90
percent of
medicines are available in public health centers and hospitals, and
there will be no further interruptions next year, except for
global interruptions that affect various countries around the world.
Zyoud also stressed that citizens who have
public health insurance can buy medicines from private pharmacies in the event of disruption
of any item in public health centers and hospitals.
