AMMAN — A group of doctors with experience
working abroad protested against a planned amendment to the Medical Council
Law, saying it excluded them and other general practitioners working in
state-run hospitals and clinics across the Kingdom, Jo24 reported.

In Monday’s protest in front of the
Professional Associations Complex, the doctors insisted that the amendments should include
all doctors without exception, adding that it was unacceptable to deprive one
group of doctors at the expense of the other. They said their protests will
continue until their demands are met.
