Occupied Jerusalem– Dozens of Jewish settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Al-Haram Al-Qudsi Ash-Sharif, in occupied Jerusalem today, Thursday, under heavy protection and security by the Israeli occupation police.

The Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem stated in a report that the settlers entered the mosque in successive groups from the Maghariba Gate, performing provocative Talmudic rituals and taking suspicious tours around the mosque's courtyards.
The department added that the Israeli occupation police intensified their presence at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and around the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, obstructing the entry of worshippers to the mosque.
Since the start of the Israeli comprehensive aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in October 2023, the Israeli forces have tightened their measures at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the entrances to the Old City of Jerusalem.
