Amman– The prices of oil derivatives in global markets increased during the third week of January, compared to their prices in the second week of the same month, according to the weekly report from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

According to the report, the price of 95-octane gasoline rose from $740 per ton to $747, an increase of 1%. The price of 90-octane gasoline also increased from $719 to $724, a 1% rise.
Diesel prices went up from $684 to $711, a 4% increase, while kerosene rose from $716 to $744, also a 4% increase. Additionally, the price of fuel oil increased from $465 to $490, a 5% rise.
The average price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in January decreased to $618, compared to its average price in December, which was $631, a 2% decrease.
The price of Brent crude oil rose from $80 per barrel to $82, a 2% increase.
