According to a statement published by the news website "Hala News," in order to qualify for this exemption, employees must settle the remaining balance of their financial claims with the Public Funds Directorate in the Ministry of Finance and other relevant ministries or government institutions in a single payment within three months from the date of the decision's issuance.

Moreover, employees must obtain approval from the relevant authority if they continue to work beyond official hours, and this must be done in accordance with the rules and procedures.

Additionally, the employee must not have previously benefited from a similar exemption.

The decision requires all ministries, institutions, and government departments to ensure that their employees obtain prior approval according to the established procedures before working beyond regular hours or combining salaries from different jobs.

The Ministry of Finance has been authorized to issue the implementation mechanism for this decision and address any related cases.
