work, textiles and furniture prepared by the inmates after taking part in
training programs. Saudi added that the exhibition will last for three days.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Director of
the Correction and Rehabilitation Centers Department Brig. Gen. Ashraf
Al-Omari, public security officers, and those involved with human rights
organizations.
The exhibition also included five pavilions inside the Jara
Association’s headquarters of the Jara Association.
Saudi told Jordan News that "we have completed 95
percent of the (planned) online store that will display the products, and the
proceeds will be returned to the inmates and go into repair centers."
This exhibition is held every year, but the pandemic
interrupted the last two years.
Majida Hassan one of the visitors told Jordan News, "I
came from Souf, Jerash, I used to visit this exhibition.”
