AMMAN--Temperatures will rise slightly on Saturday, while remaining 4-6 Celsius degrees below their seasonal average with pleasant spring conditions forecast almost countrywide and moderate weather in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

According to the JMD report, another rise in mercury is forecast Sunday, and spring weather will prevail in the hilltops and moderate elsewhere with northwesterly winds.
As for Monday, temps will continue to rise and the weather will be warm almost countywide and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, and southwesterly moderate winds and occasionally active causing dust in the Badia regions.
Temperatures will rise slightly on Tuesday, and similar weather is forecast to prevail the Kingdom as the day earlier, the JMD said.
Also on Saturday, mercury in the capital Amman will range between 21 degrees Celsius and 10C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a fair 29C, sliding to 19C during night hours.
