AMMAN—Temperatures are expected to be slightly higher than their seasonal average, as fair weather will prevail in the hilltops, while it is hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, with northwesterly moderate to active winds occasionally, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

On Sunday, the department said similar weather is forecast to prevail in the Kingdom.
As for Monday, a slight drop in temperatures is forecast, and the weather will be fair in hilltops and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.
Meanwhile, a slight rise in temperatures is expected on Tuesday, and the weather will be almost similar to the day earlier
Also on Saturday, mercury in the capital Amman is expected to range between a high of 33 degrees Celsius, dropping to 17C at night, meanwhile the port city of Aqaba will see a a scorching 40C, dipping to to 25 during night hours.
