AMMAN — Moderate weather is forecast on Sunday, followed by hot conditions on Monday. Temperatures will rise to 3–4°C above annual average, dipping a bit on Tuesday, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (
JMD).

On Sunday, temperatures will reach a high of 29°C during the day and a low of 21°C in Amman. In other highlands across the
Kingdom, temperatures will range between 28°C and 26°C during the daytime and drop down to between 20°C and 18°C at night.
In Aqaba, the weather will be hotter with mercury reaching a high of 40°C and a low of 27°C.
On Monday, the Kingdom will be affected by hot conditions. Temperatures are predicted to range between 34°C and 22°C in Amman, hilly areas, and plains.
Sizzling temperatures are expected on Monday, with mercury levels set to hover around 43°C during the day, dropping down to 28°C at night in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
On Tuesday, a slight decrease in temperatures is forecast. Highs in Amman and the highlands will reach a warm 32°C during the day, with 18°C at night. In Aqaba, highs will reach 40°C and lows will slide to 24°C.
