Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ayman Safadi, stated on Monday that Jordan’s efforts to stop the Israeli aggression on Gaza and halt the unlawful Israeli measures targeting the West Bank have not ceased.
During a session of the House of Representatives, Safadi mentioned that Israel had violated the ceasefire agreement, which was achieved through Egyptian, Qatari, and American efforts, and resumed its aggression on Gaza after halting humanitarian, medical, and food aid to Gaza since the beginning of this month.
Safadi confirmed that these actions clearly violated the ceasefire agreement. He explained that the agreement included the establishment of a joint Egyptian-Qatari operations room to monitor compliance with the terms of the truce. This room has recorded over 900 Israeli violations of the ceasefire over the past 40 days.
