The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has welcomed the convening of the Syrian National Dialogue Conference and its outcomes, considering it an important step towards rebuilding Syria on the foundations that ensure its unity, sovereignty, and stability, while guaranteeing the continuity of its institutions and fulfilling the aspirations of the Syrian people.

The official spokesperson for the ministry, Ambassador Dr. Sufyan al-Qudah, affirmed Jordan’s support for sisterly Syria and its readiness to provide all possible assistance to the Syrian people in order to overcome the transitional phase, which it hopes will serve as a historic starting point for rebuilding Syria into a free, stable, and sovereign nation. This will be achieved through a Syrian-Syrian process in which all segments of the Syrian people participate, ensuring the preservation of their rights.
