AMMAN — The Central Amman Court has ruled that the
Fourth Teachers’ Union Council is innocent in the health insurance case,
confirming that it will continue to work pending a final decision on the case,
according to Jo24.
The council’s deputy chief, Dr Nasser Nawasra, said: “We
hope that the ruling which was made today will motivate the government to
address the remaining casefiles, allow the union to resume operations and
conduct elections, and return teacher pensioners to early retirement.”
