AMMAN — Regarding Jordan’s Defense
Order No. 32 — which regulates public- and
private-sector employees who have not been inoculated — Minister of State
for Media Affairs Sakher Dudin stated that the government will not force citizens
to take the vaccine or the
PCR test.

Nonetheless,
Dudin said, the government is giving Jordanians the option to take the vaccine and
the PCR test for free, according to Al-Ghad news.
Dudin also reaffirmed that a “vaccination
without prior appointment” option will be available to Jordanians who are 15
and above after
Eid Al-Adha. Revocation of defense orders such as Defense Order
No. 32 will depend on the global epidemiological state, he said.
