AMMAN — Minister of Public Works and Housing Yahya Al-Kasbi
on Thursday revealed that the reason behind shelving Irbid’s cultural square
project was a lack of funds, estimated at JD30 million.
In a meeting with MPs in Irbid, Kasbi said the ministry is training
new engineers to handle the projects in the governorate, with a focus on
mitigating unemployment and providing graduates with experience.
