Germany Delivers 32 Additional Trucks to Support the Jordanian Humanitarian Corridor to Gaza
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Raed bin Hassan, Chairman of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, and as part of efforts to enhance the capacity of the Jordanian humanitarian corridor to Gaza, the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs provided funding to the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) to purchase additional trucks. Today, 32 trucks were delivered during an official ceremony attended by the Secretary-General of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli, and the German Ambassador to Jordan, Dr. Bertram von Moltke.اضافة اعلان

In his speech at the ceremony, the German Ambassador to Jordan, Dr. Bertram von Moltke, said: "The Jordanian humanitarian corridor is a lifeline for Gaza and its people who are in urgent need of aid. Through Germany's support, we hope that these trucks will contribute to delivering the essential humanitarian assistance to Gaza – one convoy at a time. The continued operation of this corridor, thanks to the joint efforts of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, the Jordanian Armed Forces, and UNOPS, makes it a vital hub for relief, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for their commitment and leadership."

For his part, Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli, the Secretary-General of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, expressed his thanks to the Federal Republic of Germany for its ongoing support and humanitarian efforts, saying: "We highly appreciate this generous contribution, which will greatly enhance our ability to deliver the essential humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza. The addition of 32 new trucks to the Jordanian humanitarian corridor reflects the importance of international solidarity in facing humanitarian crises. We will continue to work with our partners to ensure that aid is delivered safely and efficiently to those who need it most."
