AMMAN — During a press conference held on Sunday,
Minister of Government Communications Faisal Shboul confirmed that the purpose of medical
exemptions is to provide treatment to those who are eligible, according to Hala
News.

According to Shboul, while these exemptions are costly, their
ultimate aim is to ensure that those who
require treatment are able to receive it.
Medical exemptions are given to those who do not have health insurance, “with the goal of reaching those who deserve treatment.”
