AMMAN — Performance index center KAFA’A issued a follow-up report on the status of the government’s 2021–2023 economic work priorities program, Khaberni reported on Tuesday.اضافة اعلان

The follow-up report showed a delay in the implementation of the program, shifting the program from a very late level by the end of 2021 to a critical level during the first quarter of 2022. The change of classification is due to only 17.2 percent of the program having been implemented compared to the required 32.8 percent.

The center’s CEO, Muath Mubaideen, stated that since the program has become “critical” on the performance scale, rescheduling and planning will have to occur to maintain accurate estimates and adhere to financial commitments.

Mubaideen also stressed that the output of the economic workshop should be used as a component of the program’s implementation, and that Royal efforts should not be used to sponsor and build the economic workshop by covering up the government’s underperformance in implementing its commitments.
