AMMAN —
Minister of Health Firas Al-Hawari
inaugurated a health care center in Ajloun, where he stressed the ministry’s
keenness to develop the primary health
care services in all governorates of the Kingdom, according to Khaberni.

Present at the opening Saturday were Ajloun Governor
Qablan Al-Sharif, Secretary-General of Epidemiological Affairs at the Ministry
of Health Raed Anwar Al-Shboul, and several governorate deputies.
Hawari said that launching a comprehensive Ajloun
health center is the result of the ministry’s follow-up and understanding of
the needs of the region for such services.
“The ministry effectively improves the health care
services in the Kingdom to achieve citizens’ satisfaction,” said the minister.
The center that has an area of 2,400sq.km. It
employs the necessary medical personnel in many medical specialties, such as
therapeutic services, dentistry, zand family and obstetric medicine.
The center provides other primary
health care services as
well, such as maternity and childhood services, vaccination, neonatal medical
survey school health, and water and environmental health control.
