Ajloun– The budget for the health sector in Ajloun Governorate for the year 2025 is set at 630,000 Jordanian Dinars, allocated across nine projects.

Dr. Akef Al-Sleihat, Director of the Ajloun Health Directorate, stated to the Jordan News Agency (Petra) on Thursday that the key projects include allocating 200,000 dinars for the establishment of a comprehensive health center in Ajloun after purchasing land last year, and 80,000 dinars for purchasing land for the construction of the Ras Mufid Health Center.
Additionally, 20,000 dinars are allocated for the maintenance of the Ain Jena Health Center, 10,000 dinars for the studies of the Halaoua Health Center, and 100,000 dinars for the studies and construction of the first Rajeb Health Center.
The projects also include 10,000 dinars for the Wahadneh Health Center, 10,000 dinars for the studies of the Rasun Health Center, 50,000 dinars for routine maintenance of other health centers, and 150,000 dinars to support sustainability and services at the Al-Iman Government Hospital.
He also mentioned the recent handover of the new Ibneen Health Center, which was fully equipped with a cost of approximately one million dinars, supported by the Spanish Cooperation Agency to provide integrated healthcare services to the residents.
In the context of royal initiatives, Al-Sleihat confirmed plans to establish three new health centers, including the "Shafa Health Center," "Sannar First Health Center," and "Bayoun First Health Center."
Necessary studies have been completed to acquire land for these projects, as well as land acquisition for the establishment of health centers in Rajeb, Ajloun, and Halaoua.
Furthermore, a public tender has been announced for the purchase of land to establish the new Rasoun Health Center, replacing the current rented location.
