AMMAN
– The effect of the hot air mass on the Kingdom continues today, with
temperatures recording 5 to 6 degrees Celsius higher than their normal rates, according
to the Jordan News Agency, (Petra).

The weather will be hot in the mountainous
heights and plains, and very hot in the rest of the Kingdom.
Clouds are
forecast at medium and high altitudes.
Forecasts
predict a small chance of light and scattered showers of rain in limited parts
of the southern and eastern regions of the Kingdom, with northeasterly and
northwesterly winds at a moderate speed, with some dust predicted in the Badiah
regions.
The
Meteorological Department warns of the danger of direct exposure to the sun at
noon, the possibility of reduced horizontal visibility in the Badiah regions
due to dust, and the danger of slippery roads in areas that may witness rain.
According
to the Meteorological Department, tomorrow, Saturday, the
temperature will
decrease slightly, the clouds will be at medium and high altitudes, and the
winds will be moderate and northwesterly moderate.
On
Sunday, another slight decrease in temperature will occur, and the atmosphere
will remain hot in the mountainous heights and plains, and very hot in the rest
of the Kingdom, with some clouds at medium and high altitudes in the south and
east of the Kingdom.
Winds will be northwesterly and moderate.

Monday, the weather will be hot in the mountainous heights and plains, and very

Maximum
and minimum temperatures in Amman today range between 25 and 39 degrees
Celsius; in the northern highlands from 21 to 36, in Ash-Sharah heights 19 to
37; in the Badiah areas 25 to 43; in the plains areas 26 to 38, and in the
northern Jordan Valley 27 to 42.
In the southern Jordan Valley temperature
ranges will be 30 to 43 degrees, in the Dead Sea 28 to 42 degrees Celsius, and
in the Aqaba Gulf 29 to 42 degrees Celsius.
