AMMAN — The weather on Tuesday is forecast to be moderate in most areas of the kingdom, relatively hot in the plains and hot in other regions, as
temperatures will rise 6-7°C above annual average, reaching a high of 33 degrees Celsius in
Amman during the day.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (
JMD), temperatures will drop in the capital at night
with temperatures hovering around 22°C, while Aqaba will see sweltering weather
with highs approaching 41°C, and lows of around 25°C.
On Wednesday, temperatures will dip few degrees, but similar
weather will continue to persist with westerly moderate to brisk winds, blowing
dust at times, the JMD said, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
A further drop in temperatures is expected on Thursday, making
fair weather in the hilly areas and the plains, while it will be hot in the
Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and
Aqaba, with moderate to active winds, the JMD
added.
