His remarks came as the House held
an urgent session upon a request from 109 MPs calling for the expulsion of the
Osama Ajarmeh, whose supporters have been rioting since Saturday, prompting
police to use force to disperse the crowds gathering in Naur area, 13km,
southwest Amman, and confiscate tents erected to receive backers from other
tribes.
During the session, 108 MPs out of
119 present voted in favor of expelling the former lawmaker, who had tendered
his resignation after the House froze his membership for a year last month.
